During the booking process, customers must check an SMS consent checkbox that states: “I agree to receive appointment reminders, confirmations, and wellness service updates via SMS at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies (typically 1-3 messages per appointment). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. The checkbox is NOT pre-checked and is required to complete the booking. Customers then enter their mobile phone number in the designated field.
Upon booking confirmation, customers receive an initial SMS confirming their appointment with clear opt-out instructions. from FreQuency Aesthetics & Vitality.

These messages may include promotional offers, updates, and important information about our products and services.

4 msgs/month. Message frequency may vary based on your interactions and preferences.
